Fillet Steak

Tenderness is the name of the game here, and when cooked rare or medium-rare you’ll have a mouthwatering steak sensation.

We recommend searing fillet steak on very high heat in a cast iron griddle with a lot of butter and a sprig of thyme. Allow your steak to rest for at least half the cooking time (usually around 2 minutes).
